1 Introduction

Welcome to Logical Alarm ("the App"), developed and published by Logical Alarm Dev ("we", "us", or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Android application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID)
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Photos or images captured by the camera
• Audio recordings from the microphone
• Alarm data, labels, or schedules
• XP points, streaks, badges, or game progress
• Any data whatsoever from your device

3 Data Storage

All data created within the App — including your alarms, labels, settings, XP points, streak history, badges, and sleep schedule — is stored exclusively on your device using local device storage.

• Data never leaves your device
• We have no servers that receive your data
• No cloud backup is performed by the App
• Uninstalling the App removes all stored data permanently

4 App Permissions

The App requests the following Android permissions. Each permission is used solely for the feature described and never for data collection.

5 Camera Usage

The camera permission is used only for two challenge types:

• Photo Challenge — You photograph a specific item you have set up to prove you left your bed
• Barcode Challenge — You scan a barcode or QR code to dismiss the alarm

No photos or images are stored on the device beyond the current challenge session. No images are transmitted to any server. The camera is never activated without your direct interaction.

6 Microphone Usage

The microphone permission is used only for the Voice Challenge feature, where you speak a phrase to dismiss your alarm.

• No audio is recorded or saved to the device
• No audio is transmitted to any server
• Speech recognition is performed locally on your device
• The microphone is never activated without your direct interaction

7 Third-Party Services

Logical Alarm does not integrate any of the following:

• Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics
• Facebook SDK or any social media SDKs
• Advertising networks (AdMob, etc.)
• Crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Any third-party data collection services

The App works completely offline and makes no network requests.

8 Children's Privacy

Logical Alarm does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Since we collect no data at all, the App is safe for use by people of all ages. Parents and guardians can allow children to use the App without privacy concerns.

9 Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's built-in security features (screen lock, device encryption, etc.).

We recommend keeping your device's operating system updated and using a screen lock to protect your data.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

11 Your Rights

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete, correct, or export on your behalf. However, you have the following rights:

• Uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored data
• Clear app data from Android Settings → Apps → Logical Alarm → Clear Data
